All of our items are marked before packing so that upon possible return we can verify that they are ours.
You have the right to return the entire order or part of it within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, together with the cash receipt (undamaged). Upon expiry of this period or in case of a damaged/missing cash bond, the right to return shall be revoked.
A return instruction will be provided once the company confirms the return is admissible.
If the reason for the return is a mistake made by the company, all expenses will be borne by us. The company shall be responsible in the following cases:
Cylinder heads checked with a crack detection machine that turned out to be broken without being mentioned in the description, as well as bent crankshafts, are fully recovered from our company.
Returns of new spare parts are accepted only if delivered in their original packaging and not used. Returns of products damaged due to the fault of the client shall not be accepted.
If after verification it is found that the returned spare part does not bear the mark of our company or does not possess the said defect, compensation will not be granted.
If the customer wishes to return his order (in whole or in part) without fault of the company, the delivery costs and an administrative fee of 25% of the value of the product are on him.
The refund shall be made within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the returned products by bank transfer.
CONDITIONS OF SUPPLY
Supplier
Deliveries are made through courier company Econt to office or address specified by the client.
Delivery time
Standard delivery for available items: 1.
For orders requiring further processing, the time limit may be extended for which the customer will be notified in advance.
Delivery time depends on the schedule of Econt and does not depend on Nasea-1 EOOD.
Delivery costs
Delivery costs shall be paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
When returning for the client's fault, the transport is also on him.
The company does not cover transport, installation, disassembly or other accompanying services.
Review Before Payment
The customer has the right to review the consignment prior to payment (service "View and Test") if activated upon dispatch.
If the customer does not activate a review, the responsibility for the condition of the product after acceptance is entirely his.
Damage during Transport
If the product is damaged during transport:
A damage report shall be made in the courier's office/address at the time of receipt.
If there is no written record, claims shall not be accepted.
Incorrect Address or Refusal to Receive
If the consignment is returned due to the wrong address, non-request or refusal, the customer shall pay the costs for:

In the case of international deliveries, fees and time limits shall be determined individually.
The customer is responsible for customs duties, VAT and all local charges if charged.
