Goods and currency offered

Nasea-1 Ltd. offers new and used spare parts, engineers and components for cars released from disassembly.

All prices are in Bulgarian BGN (BGN), with VAT included, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Maintenance restrictions

The site services are available for adults (over 18 years).

No goods are offered for which there are legal restrictions on sale or export.

Security of payments

Return and recovery policy

Return period: up to 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods.

Conditions: the product must be in its original state, marked and cashed.

Processing fee: 25% of the product value.

Guarantee

Date: 14 days from receipt.

Covers only hidden defects that existed before installation.

Does not cover damage from incorrect installation, operating damage or lack of supplies (oil, antifreeze).

Upon delivery delay, the customer shall be informed in due time.

In the event of a dispute, an internal authorisation procedure or assistance procedure shall be applied through the Consumer Protection Commission (CPC).
